This Homecoming, alumni spanning from classes 1961 to 2006 convened in various places around Milligan College. Together, they reminisced of their college days and enjoyed an Oktoberfest themed lunch on Sword Commons provided by the Institutional Advancement office of Alumni Relations, headed by Theresa Garbe.
Fun was the focus of the day, as is the motif of many students. After listening to alumni tell of their Milligan memories and campus pranks, the uber student of old lives on.
As the student-run news service of Milligan College, THE STAMPEDE (online, TV and print) exists to serve and strengthen the college community by reporting news and providing information of interest and importance to students, faculty, staff members and the entire college community; serving as a forum for members of the community (primarily students) to share their ideas and opinions; and encouraging responsible, informed involvement in the community. THE STAMPEDE also serves as an essential educational experience in the Communications Area and offers educational and extracurricular opportunities for students from any discipline.
