Q: What is your most embarrassing moment at Milligan?

A: “My most embarrassing moment at Milligan was when my best friend had to ask the girl I liked out for me! Two years later, I thank him every day because she and I are still dating!”

Q: What is one of your best memories at Milligan?

A: “One of the best memories I have is the benefit we did for Chris Shaw in SUB7. FCA and Vespers were involved in hosting it. People just showed up and gave from their hearts. It was so very touching. Total we were able to give $2000 to Chris and his family.

Q: What were you feeling coming to Milligan as a freshman?

A: “I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I didn’t know what Milligan would be like or if I would get along with anyone here. Coming from California, I didn’t know anyone here and was worried if I would make friends. I knew I needed to leave California and explore other places. It was a new stage in my life to explore and learn from.”

Q: What has been a highlight of your involvement here at Milligan?

A: “A highlight has been being a part of a community that cares about others. I have had the opportunity to serve with others who care about people no matter who they are or what background they come from. They simply love. It has been fun ride!”

Q: What are you worried about as you leave Milligan?

A: “There is a lot of uncertainty about what lies in front of me. Nothing is set in stone yet and that is a big part of the uncertainty. I also wonder if I will ever find a community as great as the community we have here at Milligan.”

Q: What future plans are you looking forward to?

A: “I am looking toward becoming a teaching and preaching pastor.  I don’t know what the road to that looks like but I am moving in that direction.”
