On the evening of October 25 Milligan’s L.I.N.C. organization hosted a community-wide Trunk or Treat. The canyon was full of children ready to get their fill of treats from creatively decorated trunks of students. A Wizard of Oz themed trunk took first place, followed by a trunk of crayons and a Christmas trunk, but the costumed kids were the real winners of the evening.
