Milligan students have probably all gotten the late night hunger pains while cramming for a test or just hanging out with friends. Unfortunately the grill is open no later than eleven so where can one get food when most restaurants are closed? Along with getting student opinions, this reporter went out into the Johnson City area and searched for restaurants that are open late into the night outside of the famous large chain restaurants.
